在字词前紧靠该字词加一个减号，表示您不希望搜索结果中出现包含该字词的结果。减号应该紧靠相应字词，并且减号的前面应该加一个空格。 例如，搜索 劳动合同 -北京 -河北会搜索含有"劳动合同"，但是排除包含"北京"或"河北"的结果。

OR 操作符
如果您希望专门搜索若干字词中的任意一个字词，可以使用 OR 操作符（请注意，"OR"必须全部是大写形式）。 例如，搜索劳动合同的终止 OR 劳动合同的解除会传回包含其中任意一个所得税的搜索结果， 而劳动合同的终止  劳动合同的解除（没有 OR）会显示同时包含两个所得税的结果。 （注：默认情况下，搜索会应用 AND 操作符，因此不需要再加该操作符。）

Keep it simple. Describe what you need with as few terms as possible. Generally, all the words you put in the query will be used. The goal of each word in a query is to focus it further.

Phrase search ("")
By putting double quotes around a set of words, you are telling search engine to consider the exact words in that exact order without any change.

Terms you want to exclude (-)
Attaching a minus sign immediately before a word indicates that you do not want pages that contain this word to appear in your results. The minus sign should appear immediately before the word and should be preceded with a space.

The OR operator
If you want to specifically allow either one of several words, you can use the OR operator (note that you have to type 'OR' in ALL CAPS).
